Beetroot Bites

Beetroot Bites is a healthy snacks that can be made in just few seconds. It is tasty and easy to make as well as full of health benefits. Beetroot has lot of fiber, vitamin C, magnesium, and folate.

INGREDIENTS:

8 BEETROOT ( BOILED IN SALTY WATER & PEELED)
1 CUP HUNG YOGURT
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER (CRUSHED)
1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES ( FINELY CHOPPED)
TO TASTE SALT

FOR DECORATION:

FEW SPRIGS OF CORIANDER LEAVES
PISTACHIO ( CHOPPED )

METHOD:

Take a bowl and add yogurt , salt, black pepper and coriander leaves and mix well.


Put the yogurt mixture in a piping bag and put in refrigrator for chillng.


Take the beetroot and cut in round shape using cookie cutter then cut horizontally into two thick disc.


Place the beetroot slice on the plate and place a blob of chilled yogurt mixture in the centre and place another slice on top.


Pipe out small blob of chilled yogurt mixture at the centre of the top slice of the beetroot.


Garnish with chopped pistachios and coriander sprigs.


Your Beetroot bites are ready . Serve immediately.
