All-time favorite boiled sweet corn, served in stunning chaat style! This innovative snack combines boiled corn with an assortment of delectable ingredients like onions, tomatoes, spice powders and lemon juice to deliver a revitalizing rush of flavor. INGREDIENTS:

1/2 CUP CORNS (BOILED)
1/2 CUP ONIONS (FINELY CHOPPED)
1/2 CUP TOMATOES (FINELY CHOPPED)
1/2 CUP POHA (FRIED)
1/4 CUP CORIANDER LEAVES (FINELY CHOPPED)
1 TBSP GREEN CHILI (FINELY CHOPPED)
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP CHAAT MASALA
1 TSP BLACK SALT
1 TSP CUMIN POWDER(ROASTED)
1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 LEMON

METHOD:

Take a bowl add corns to it.

Then add onions.


Then add tomatoes.


Then add coriander leaves.


Then add green chili.


Then add all the masala and squeeze 1/2 lemon.


Mix everything.


Add Fried poha and mix again.


Your Corn Chaat is ready. Serve Immediately.

EXTRA INFO:

  • Boil corns for just one whistle.
  • You add or remove any masala or vegetables as per your choice.
  • Add Fried Poha in the end to retain it crispy texture.
