Salsa Dip

Salsa Dip is a quick side dish recipe that goes along with tortilla chips, tacos/nachos, noodles and even Mexican bean rice. This Mexican recipe is sure to be loved by people of all age groups. Try this easy dip recipe which is prepared .

INGREDIENTS:

4 TOMATOES
1 ONION
2 GREEN CHILI
1/4 CUP CORIANDER LEAVES
1/2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
TO TASTE SALT
1 TSP BLACK PEPPER

METHOD:

Char the 2 tomatoes on the gas flame. Turn it around till all of the skin is blistered and black. Remove it from the flame and let it cool for 10-15mins an then peel it. This process gives a lovely smokey flavor to the dip.


Churn the tomates to fine paste. Now finely chop the rest 2 tomatoes, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves.
Now take a bowl, add tomato pure.

Then add tomates.

Then onion.


Then green chili.

Then add coriander leaves.

Then salt , pepper and lemon juice. Mix everything properly. Let it rest for 10-20 mins.

Your Salsa Dip ready. Serve it with Nachos.

 

EXTRA INFO:

* Do not burn the tomatoes on the gas flame.

* You can add Red chili powder, chat masala according to your preference.
